The Military Intelligence and Security sectors in Military Region Seven held the inaugural Analytical Conference for 2025, featuring participation from key military and security leaders.
Major General Rashid Atiq, Assistant Minister of Defense, praised the contributions of the intelligence community, electronic warfare units, reconnaissance teams, military security, and military police in the region. He emphasized that the high level of readiness and operational development achieved by the region persists despite field challenges and limited resources.
General Atiq noted that the intelligence and security accomplishments in the region are not coincidental. Instead, they stem from a solid military doctrine, systematic work, strong will, and unwavering loyalty to the leadership and the nation. He highlighted that these successes emerged from the battlefield, showcasing the ability of security personnel to overcome difficulties and excel in monitoring, analysis, and operational security.
Brigadier General Mardhi Dharman, Chief of Staff for the region, affirmed that the intelligence and security sectors serve as the cornerstone of modern combat. He commended their pioneering efforts in enhancing information security, improving combat readiness, and efficiently addressing threats with vigilance.
Brigadier General Abdul Rahman Al-Nuhaim, Head of the Intelligence Division, discussed the critical role of intelligence in supporting military decision-making and shaping the landscape of modern warfare. He asserted that the conference represents a culmination of a comprehensive analytical approach that strengthens the capabilities of security forces in the field.
This conference marks a significant step in enhancing military intelligence and security operations, ensuring that the region remains prepared to face emerging challenges effectively.
