Health Awareness Exhibition Opens in Hadhramaut

Assistant Governor of Hadhramaut for the Valley and Desert Districts, Abdulhadi Al-Tamimi, inaugurated a health awareness exhibition today. This event is part of the sixth edition of the “From Heart to Heart” campaign, organized by Dar Al-Shifa Medical Foundation in coordination with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor and the Goodness Forum.

Exhibition Highlights Health Education

Al-Tamimi, accompanied by several officials, toured the exhibition’s informative and educational booths. These displays aim to promote health culture and raise awareness about the importance of preventing heart diseases and adopting healthy lifestyles. The exhibition also highlights the campaign’s efforts to support children in need of heart surgeries and encourages community and volunteer initiatives.

Emphasizing Community Efforts

Al-Tamimi praised the humanitarian and community initiatives that contribute to serving patients and alleviating their suffering. He emphasized the importance of collaboration among official entities, medical institutions, and civil society organizations to enhance health awareness and expand initiatives that support the most vulnerable groups.

Campaign Goals

Dr. Louay Al-Saqaf, Executive Director of Dar Al-Shifa Foundation, explained that the campaign aims to boost health awareness and encourage community members to engage in physical activities and volunteer work. Additionally, it seeks to support children in need of heart surgeries.
