The GCC Secretary-General meets with the UN Special Envoy for Syria to discuss regional developments and cooperation.

The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), His Excellency Jassim Mohammed Al-Budaiwi, reaffirmed the GCC’s commitment to supporting all efforts aimed at achieving unity, sovereignty, and security in Syria. This statement came during a recent phone call with the United Nations Special Envoy for Syria, Geir Pedersen.
