Today, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mustafa Noman, conducted a comprehensive virtual meeting with the heads of Yemen’s diplomatic missions across Africa. This gathering aimed to address pressing political and financial issues facing the embassies amid the ongoing war and Iranian aggression in the region.

Discussion on Current Political Landscape

The meeting included ambassadors and heads of missions from Djibouti, Somalia, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Eritrea, South Africa, and Kenya. Participants discussed the current political situation and the financial status of the missions. They shared insights on the challenges posed by regional conflicts and the impact on diplomatic operations.

Reports and Recommendations from Mission Heads

During the meeting, the heads of missions presented oral reports detailing recent developments and the positions of various countries regarding the ongoing events. They also offered several observations and recommendations aimed at strengthening Yemen’s relationships with the nations where they are stationed.
