Today, Major General Ahmed Al-Basri, the Deputy Chief of Staff, conducted an inspection of the frontlines in Al-Dhale’e. Accompanied by a delegation, he aimed to celebrate Eid al-Fitr with the fighters and assess the current situation on the battlefield.
During his visit, Major General Al-Basri conveyed the greetings and congratulations of the political and military leadership to the brave soldiers in Al-Dhale’e. He praised their heroism and sacrifices, highlighting the dedication of the armed forces stationed at the frontlines in the province.
The Deputy Chief of Staff expressed the leadership’s unwavering confidence in the troops stationed in Al-Dhale’e. He described these forces as the backbone of the combat front, noting their crucial role in confronting the Iranian-backed Houthi militia. He emphasized that they have successfully resisted this threat and continue to achieve victories.
Major General Ali Al-Bayshi, the Commander of Ground Forces, commended the military discipline, organizational skills, and combat tactics observed on the frontlines. He stated that this visit reflects the pride and admiration for the steadfastness of the Al-Dhale’e front and the sacrifices made by its defenders.
Brigadier General Hadi Al-Awlaki, the Commander of the Al-Dhale’e Axis, provided a detailed overview of troop positioning along the frontlines, stretching from Murais to Al-Fakher, Hajour, and Al-Azaraq. He assured that all units stationed in the area maintain the highest levels of combat readiness.
Brigadier General Abdullah Mahdi, the Chief of Joint Operations for the Al-Dhale’e Axis, emphasized the unity among the armed forces across various formations. He pointed out that this solidarity represents the strength of the front and its resilience against any challenges.
The visit by Major General Al-Basri underscores the commitment of the military leadership to support and recognize the efforts of the armed forces in Al-Dhale’e. As they continue to defend their territory, the unity and readiness of these troops remain crucial in the ongoing conflict.
