Minister of Defense Praises Combat Readiness of the Third Hazm Brigade

High Combat and Technical Readiness Recognized

The Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Mohsen Al-Daari, commended the high combat and technical readiness of the Third Hazm Brigade during his visit to the Al-Mandab front. He emphasized that this brigade serves as a commendable model for the armed forces, highlighting the discipline, training, and efficiency of its members.

Visit to the Third Hazm Brigade

During his visit, Lieutenant General Al-Daari was welcomed by Major General Nasr Shaif, the Chief of Staff of the Fourth Military Region, and Brigadier General Mahmoud Sayel, the Commander of the Third Hazm Brigade. The Minister conveyed greetings from the political leadership, represented by Dr. Rashad Alimi, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, and other council members.

Acknowledgment of Efforts and Commitment

The Minister expressed gratitude to the brigade’s leadership for their efforts in maintaining combat and technical readiness at the highest levels. He praised their commitment to following the path of previous leadership, which demonstrated valor in the face of the Houthi militia.

Honoring the Sacrifices of Martyrs

Lieutenant General Al-Daari reaffirmed the commitment to honor the blood of martyrs and to carry their banner until achieving a significant victory. He also appreciated the steadfast support from the Arab coalition, led by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, in backing Yemen and its armed forces.

Accompanying Delegation

The Minister’s visit included several high-ranking officials, such as Major General Abdulaziz Al-Faqih, Chief of Logistics Support, Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Shaari, Commander of the Military Police, and Brigadier General Mohsen Marsa, Commander of the Al-Ghaydah Front. Other attendees included Major General Nasser Abdulrab, Director of Intelligence, and Brigadier General Al-Khadr Mazmber, Director of Personnel Affairs.

This visit underscores the ongoing commitment to strengthening Yemen’s military capabilities and ensuring readiness in the face of ongoing challenges.
