Military Leadership Emphasizes Importance of Morale Preparation

Military Readiness and Morale Preparation

Major General Mansour Thawabeh, the commander of the Third Military Region, underscored the critical importance of morale preparation for all personnel in the area. He stated that high morale must accompany readiness across all sectors to achieve victory. Thawabeh made these remarks during the launch of the Morale and Political Guidance Department’s second training session for sector leaders, units, and department heads on Sunday.

Building a Strong Military Force

In his address, Thawabeh highlighted that effective morale preparation and readiness serve as essential pillars for the success of any military operation. He noted that building a strong army goes beyond providing equipment and training. It also involves cultivating resilient soldiers capable of facing challenges and adversities. He emphasized that this goal can be achieved through a focus on morale preparation and overall readiness.

The Foundation of Confidence and Resilience

Thawabeh stressed that morale preparation forms the foundation upon which everything else is built. It instills confidence in soldiers and reinforces their belief in their capabilities. This preparation enables them to withstand pressure and confront dangers with courage and steadfastness.

The Role of Military Leadership in Morale Building

The commander also pointed out the significant role military leadership plays in fostering morale among armed forces personnel. He described leaders as the backbone of any military unit, responsible for nurturing the spirit of their troops and instilling confidence in them. A successful leader, he noted, motivates soldiers and guides them toward achieving their objectives while inspiring love and loyalty to their country.

Collective Efforts for a Strong Army

Thawabeh concluded his remarks by urging everyone to collaborate in building a robust army characterized by high morale and combat readiness. He asserted that morale preparation acts as the fuel driving combat effectiveness, with high morale serving as an unbeatable weapon.

Recent Achievements in Morale Preparation

In a related statement, Colonel Mohammed Al-Makroob, assistant commander for morale and political affairs, reported significant achievements in morale preparation across various units, sectors, and brigades within the region this year.

This emphasis on morale and readiness reflects the military’s commitment to strengthening its forces and ensuring they are equipped to face any challenges ahead.
