Coalition Forces Warn Houthi Militias Against Exploiting Traditional Maritime Vessels
The leadership of the Joint Forces of the Coalition, known as the “Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen,” has issued a warning to Houthi terrorist militias. They cautioned against the use of traditional maritime vessels—specifically, Zaeema, Houri, Jalba, and Sanbouq—for smuggling weapons, missiles, and military equipment via the sea. Such actions pose a significant threat to the security of Yemen, as well as regional and international safety, endangering the lives and safety of civilians.
Call to Maritime Vessel Owners
In a statement, the leadership of the Joint Forces urged all maritime vessel owners to refrain from engaging with Houthi terrorist militias in smuggling operations. They emphasized the importance of avoiding any involvement in the transportation of weapons, missiles, and military equipment to Yemeni shores. This precaution aims to protect both the lives of the vessel owners and the safety of their property.
