The Armed Forces executed 474 airstrikes and precision targeting operations against military positions, movements, reinforcements, and capabilities of the Iranian-backed Houthi militia over the past 24 hours. They utilized warplanes, drones, artillery, missiles, and rocket launchers across various fronts.
Comprehensive Targeting Across Multiple Fronts
The official spokesperson for the Armed Forces, Major General Majid Al-Nazili, stated, “The airstrikes covered all combat fronts, from southern Haradh and the coast to Kitaf, including the fronts in Al-Jawf, Marib, Al-Bayda, Lahij, Sana’a, and Saada, with a concentrated operational focus on the Taiz fronts.”
Strategic Operations and Impact
Al-Nazili added, “We targeted sources of threats, troop gatherings, reinforcements, command and control centers, and enemy military capabilities, according to the approved operational tasks and plans.”
Significant Casualties and Equipment Losses
Colonel Al-Nazili noted that the operations resulted in neutralizing 1,540 militia members, either killed or wounded, with most casualties occurring in the Taiz fronts. The Armed Forces also destroyed or incapacitated 216 military vehicles and capabilities, effectively breaking the militia’s attempts to achieve any field penetration in Taiz.
