On Sunday, the armed forces achieved significant ground progress in the areas of Al-Sunamat and Al-Sarari on the Sabir front, located in the southern part of Taiz Governorate. This advancement followed an early morning attack on positions held by Houthi terrorist militias, resulting in substantial losses for the militants. Ongoing clashes continue in the region.
The Taiz Axis reported that confrontations persist across various fronts within the governorate. The fighting has concentrated around Mount Han and Al-Dabab to the west, as well as the fronts of Al-Shaqab, Al-Aqroud, and Al-Masrak to the south. Additionally, skirmishes have occurred at the Air Defense and Ghurab fronts, located northwest of the city, alongside intermittent clashes in the northern and eastern fronts.
The statement also noted that warplanes conducted three airstrikes early this morning. These strikes targeted gatherings of Houthi terrorist militias in the Al-Danin and Madarat areas, situated northwest of Taiz city.
