Head of Taiz Axis Visits Frontline Fighters

On the second day of Eid al-Adha, Major General Abdul Aziz Al-Majidi, the Chief of Staff of the Taiz Axis, visited frontline fighters stationed in the northeastern and western regions of Taiz. This visit was intended to assess their combat readiness and to gain insight into the conditions faced by the fighters in these critical areas.

Inspecting the Frontlines

Accompanied by several battalion leaders, Major General Al-Majidi conducted a thorough inspection of various sites within the Al-Asbah Brigade frontlines, located west of Taiz, as well as the positions held by the 170th Air Defense Brigade to the northeast of the city. During his visit, he engaged with the fighters, listening to their reports concerning the current situation and discussing their needs to enhance combat performance.

Boosting Morale and Commitment

The Chief of Staff commended the courage and high morale of the fighters as they face the Houthi militia. He emphasized the significance of vigilance, caution, and preparedness for any emergencies that may arise at the frontlines. In his remarks, Major General Al-Majidi recognized the heroic role of the fighters in protecting citizens and maintaining security during the festive days of Eid, underscoring that their sacrifices exemplify patriotism and dedication.

In response, the fighters from both the Al-Asbah Brigade and the 170th Air Defense Brigade expressed their gratitude for the leadership’s visit. They reaffirmed their commitment to holding their positions and their readiness to continue the struggle with unwavering spirits until all Yemeni territory is liberated from the Houthi militia.
