Supply Department Reviews Mid-Year Performance 2024

Today, the Supply and Provision Department held an analytical conference to assess the department’s performance and that of its administrative bases during the first half of the 2024 training and combat year and moral preparation.

In his speech at the conference, the Chief of the Logistics Support Authority, Major General Abdulaziz Al-Faqih, conveyed greetings and appreciation from the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff to the officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers of the Supply and Provision Department and the directors of the administrative bases. He praised the great efforts and remarkable successes achieved by the department and its administrative bases at all levels. Al-Faqih expressed his satisfaction with the achievements made during the first half of the 2024 training and combat year.

Al-Faqih emphasized the need to enhance efforts and keep pace with technological developments in controlling supply and provision operations. He stressed the continuation of training programs for department personnel in various fields to ensure tasks are performed with efficiency and capability.

Deputy Director of the Supply and Provision Department, Brigadier General Ali Al-Qadiri, affirmed that the department would not hesitate for a moment to serve the heroes of the armed forces. He praised the support received from the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff.

Brigadier General Al-Qadiri showcased the department’s major achievements during the first half of the 2024 training and combat year and the workflow mechanism with the department’s initiation of using modern technologies in business management and task organization.

Assistant Director of the Supply and Provision Department, Brigadier General Mohamed Jaber, reviewed the department’s efforts in training and qualification during the past period. He confirmed that every individual in the Supply and Provision Department and the administrative bases is aware of the importance of this stage, which requires the readiness and mobilization of all members of the armed forces until the state and its institutions are restored.

The conference was attended by the Deputy Chief of Training and Qualification Authority, Major General Ahmed Al-Abasi, and the logistics staff of the military regions.
