During the closing events, Marib Deputy Governor Mohammed Al-Muawadi, accompanied by the Assistant Director of the Governorate Police, Brigadier General Yahya Al-Akaw, visited the photo exhibition associated with the Arab Traffic Week. They attended a presentation by Traffic Police Director Brigadier General Ghanem Marah, who detailed the exhibition’s content, which included statistics and charts on actions taken, traffic violations, and accidents.
The exhibition also displayed awareness images highlighting the traffic police’s efforts to promote a culture of safety within the community. Serious violations were showcased, including instances of driving against traffic and unsafe conversions from gasoline to gas. Deputy Governor Al-Muawadi and the Traffic Police Director further conducted a field tour of several streets, observing the organization of traffic and the presence of traffic officers alongside students from Shalaan College of Police Sciences.
