Weather Forecast: Rain Expected in Socotra Archipelago

The General Authority for Civil Aviation and Meteorology’s Weather Forecast and Early Warning Center reports potential scattered rain today, Friday, across parts of the Socotra Archipelago. There is a possibility of scattered rain on parts of the Socotra coast. Winds will be moderate along the southern coasts, while the southwestern coasts may experience stronger winds reaching up to 25 knots, stirring up dust and sand.

The internal plateaus will experience relatively cold temperatures. Fog formation is also possible. Desert areas will enjoy clear skies with moderate daytime temperatures, while nights will be relatively cold. Winds will remain moderate, contributing to dust and sand disturbances.
