The General Authority for Civil Aviation and Meteorology’s Weather Forecast and Early Warning Center has announced that the weather will remain moderate to relatively warm in coastal areas and nearby regions. On Tuesday, the forecast predicts generally clear to partly cloudy skies, with moderate to active winds, particularly strong along the southern western coasts, Bab al-Mandab, and Meon Island.
According to the daily weather report, which the Yemen News Agency (Saba) received, the mountainous regions will experience dry and cold conditions, especially during the night and early morning. Fog may form in some areas, and scattered thunderstorms are likely to occur in parts of the highlands and western slopes. The desert and plateau regions will also see dry weather, with generally clear to partly cloudy skies and temperatures ranging from relatively warm to moderate. Winds will remain moderate to active, stirring up dust and sand.

The center urges citizens in areas expecting thunderstorms to take precautions against lightning strikes. Residents should avoid riverbeds and take care in mountainous regions and parts of the southern coast due to fog, which can significantly reduce visibility. Additionally, the center warns citizens along the southern Red Sea coast about strong winds that may stir up dust and sand.
In its daily marine report, the Weather Forecast and Early Warning Center predicts that sea conditions will be calm along the coasts of Al-Mahra, Hadhramaut, Shabwa, and the Socotra Archipelago. The coasts of Abyan and Aden will experience moderate waves, while Bab al-Mandab and western coasts will see rough seas. The regional waters in the Arabian Sea will have calm conditions, while the Gulf of Aden will be moderate to rough, and the Red Sea will experience rough waves. The center advises fishermen and sea-goers in Bab al-Mandab, Meon Island, southern western coasts, and the Red Sea regional waters to be cautious of high waves and strong winds.
