In an extraordinary meeting held today in the temporary capital of Aden, the Tender and Bids Committee of the Ministry of Justice approved the technical report for the establishment of a Radiology Department at the National Center for Forensic Medicine. The meeting took place under the leadership of Justice Minister Judge Badr Al-Aradah.
The meeting included Deputy Minister of Justice Dr. Saad Mohammed and Judge Saleh Bashafai, the Director of the National Center for Forensic Medicine. Together, they reviewed and approved the total project cost. They also sanctioned the procedures for announcing and launching the tender in accordance with legal requirements.
During the meeting, participants discussed a report submitted by the appointed technical committee. This report provided a thorough assessment of the project’s technical and construction needs, along with an estimated budget.
Justice Minister Badr Al-Aradah emphasized the ministry’s commitment to implementing developmental projects aimed at enhancing the judicial work environment. He highlighted the importance of improving infrastructure to support the performance of judicial and administrative staff. Furthermore, he stressed the need to expedite the execution of priority projects.
This initiative marks a significant step towards advancing forensic capabilities in the region, ultimately benefiting the judicial system and the community at large.
