In a separate decree, numbered (92) for the year 2026, the President appointed Major General Fadl Hassan Mohammed Al-Amri as an advisor to the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces for Defense Affairs, along with a promotion to the rank of Lieutenant General. Furthermore, decree (93) for the year 2026 appointed Major General Saleh Mohammed Hassan Salem as an advisor to the Minister of Defense.
The second article of these decrees states that they will take effect immediately upon issuance.
