King Salman Humanitarian Aid Center Advances Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation Project
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center continues to implement its vital water supply and environmental sanitation project in the districts of Medi, Harad, Hayran, and Abs in Hajjah Governorate, as well as in the Al-Azhar camp located in Razeh District, Saada Governorate.
Significant Water Supply Achievements in Hajjah
In November 2025, the project delivered over 4,114,000 liters of potable water and 56,449,000 liters of water suitable for various uses in Hajjah. Additionally, the initiative facilitated 245 waste removal operations from the camps housing displaced individuals. These efforts significantly enhance living conditions for the affected communities.
Support for Displaced Individuals in Saada
In Saada Governorate, the project provided 420,000 liters of drinking water and 300,000 liters of usable water. Approximately 30,100 individuals, including displaced persons and local community members, benefited from these resources. The project aims to improve access to clean water and sanitation, addressing urgent needs in these vulnerable populations.
