In a decisive move today, Minister of Interior Major General Ibrahim Ali Haidan has instructed security forces in Aden, the temporary capital, and its neighboring provinces to expedite the apprehension of those responsible for the kidnapping and subsequent murder of Wissam Qaid, the Acting Executive Director of the Social Development Fund.
During a recent phone conference with police directors from Aden, Lahij, Abyan, and Taiz, Major General Haidan stressed the necessity of increasing security preparedness.
