Professional Licensing and Practice Renewal
During the inauguration, Dr. Buhaibeh received his renewed professional medical license and practice permit, marking him as a certified health practitioner by the newly established Supreme Medical Council in Aden. This step underscores the council’s commitment to regulating and standardizing the medical profession within the region.

The Health Minister urged both public and private healthcare sector workers to obtain their new professional description cards and practice permits from the Supreme Medical Council. Dr. Omar Zain, President of the Supreme Medical Council, affirmed the council’s readiness to begin accepting applications for professional classification and practice licenses.
