Futures Contracts for Gold
U.S. gold futures for August delivery also experienced a rise, climbing by 1.1% to $4,119.10. This uptick in futures contracts indicates a prevailing optimism in the market regarding the precious metal, highlighting investors’ responses to global economic changes.
Performance of Other Precious Metals
Other precious metals have also seen significant gains. Silver prices increased by 1.8%, reaching $59.82 per ounce. Platinum rose by 1.6% to $1,655.61, while palladium also climbed by 1.6%, reaching $1,302.25.
