The event was conducted under the supervision of a committee from the Ministry of Defense, led by Major General Masfer Al-Harithi, the Deputy Inspector General of the Armed Forces.
The ceremony proceeded with precision, adhering to established military protocols. This organized transition underscores the importance of institutional performance within the armed forces and highlights the critical role of military discipline in achieving national objectives.
