Leadership Oversight on Combat Training in Western Coast

Brigadier General Tariq Muhammad Abdullah Saleh, a prominent member of the Presidential Leadership Council, conducted a visit today to a training and rehabilitation center located on the western coast. This visit is part of his ongoing commitment to oversee and assess the progress of combat warfare courses. These courses, which involve various units of the National Resistance, have been ongoing for the second consecutive year as part of a strategic initiative designed to ensure peak readiness among the forces.

Insights into Military Exercises

During his visit, Brigadier General Saleh was accompanied by Major General Abdulrahman Naaman, the operations commander of the National Resistance. Together, they observed a sand table exercise, where Brigadier General Saleh received a comprehensive briefing on a simulated offensive operation executed by the Second Special Forces Brigade (34 Infantry) within a virtual operational theater. This exercise is crucial in preparing the forces for potential real-world scenarios.
