In a heartfelt gesture, Sheikh Osman Majli, a member of the Presidential Leadership Council, reached out to Brigadier General Adnan Raziq, the commander of the Fifth Presidential Guard Brigade, to express his condolences following the death of their father, Sheikh Mohammed Raziq Qamishi. Sheikh Qamishi passed away after a life dedicated to service, leaving behind a legacy of national and community contributions.

Sheikh Majli stated, “Yemen has lost a distinguished figure with the passing of Sheikh Mohammed Raziq Qamishi. His impact will remain etched in the annals of Yemeni history as one who dedicated his life to unity and fought against remnants of tyranny and colonialism.” He noted that Sheikh Qamishi traveled extensively across the country to promote national unity and uphold the banner of the republic.
In closing, Sheikh Majli prayed for Sheikh Qamishi’s soul, asking Allah to grant him eternal peace and to provide comfort to his family during this difficult time. He expressed, “Indeed, we belong to Allah and to Him we shall return.”
