Axis leader of Tor Al-Baha reviews the electronic monitoring and surveillance unit’s equipment in Taiz – Lahj.

Enhancements in Electronic Surveillance: A Leap Towards Security in Taiz and Lahj

In a significant move to bolster security operations, the commander of the Tor Al-Baha Axis and the Fourth Mountain Infantry Brigade, Major General Abu Bakr Al-Jabouli, conducted a thorough inspection of the electronic monitoring and surveillance unit in Taiz-Lahj on Saturday. This visit underscores a pivotal step towards enhancing the security and stability within the region.

Progress in Surveillance Operations

During his visit, Major General Al-Jabouli received a comprehensive briefing from the Director of the Command and Control Center in the Axis, Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Aziz, along with technical officers. They discussed the current progress of the unit, which now effectively covers the areas of responsibility spanning the Shamayateen, Maqatrah, and Tor Al-Baha districts in the provinces of Taiz and Lahj.

Commendations and Future Prospects

Major General Al-Jabouli praised the unified efforts of the officers and personnel of the electronic monitoring and surveillance unit. He recognized their work as fruitful on the ground, which will significantly support the security and military agencies in maintaining security, stability, fighting crime, and combating terrorist cells.

He further emphasized the importance of the visual electronic monitoring and surveillance unit as part of the broader strategy for cooperation and coordination with security units. Major General Al-Jabouli stressed the necessity for a swift integration of these capabilities into the joint operations room, aiming to maximize cooperation and support the extensive efforts of the combined military and security campaign in Taiz-Lahj.

This initiative represents a strategic enhancement of security measures in the region, reflecting a commitment to leveraging technology in the fight against crime and terrorism.
