Governor Discusses Revenue Collection Transformation in Al-Mahra
Governor of Al-Mahra, Mohammed Ali Yasser, met today with Dr. Khaled Hassan Balhaf, Director of the Local Revenue Development and Digital Transformation Center, along with members of the center. They discussed ways to activate and develop mechanisms for collecting local and joint revenues at the provincial level.
Challenges and Coordination Efforts
The meeting included Secretary-General of the Local Council, Salem Abdullah Nimer, First Deputy of the Province, Brigadier Dr. Mukhtar bin Owaid Al-Jaafari, and several officials. They reviewed the main challenges and obstacles facing the workflow in coordination with the relevant executive offices and agencies. Additionally, they addressed mechanisms to ensure compliance from obligated parties and to regulate violators according to legal frameworks.

Governor Yasser praised the tangible efforts made by the center since its establishment. He emphasized the critical importance of developing financial resources, enhancing integrity, institutional work, and applying principles of governance and transparency as guaranteed by law.
