The workshop focused on enhancing healthcare workers’ knowledge on maternal and child health and the critical role of vaccinations.

Empowering Healthcare Workers

The workshop aimed to equip 40 participants from the governorates of Aden, Abyan, and Lahj with essential information and knowledge. The curriculum covered various critical areas, including raising awareness among healthcare workers about maternal and child health issues, immunization, nutrition, and guidelines for life-saving messages and immunization schedules. Additionally, the workshop addressed the challenge of combating rumors and the principles of community behavior change. Information on preventing cholera was also provided, underscoring the comprehensive nature of the training.
