Aden Hosts Crucial Consultation and Reconciliation Sessions
In Aden, the temporary capital, the regular meetings of the Economic and Social Committee and the Reconciliation and Transitional Justice Committee within the Consultation and Reconciliation Authority came to a close on Sunday. Over the course of two weeks, these committees engaged in in-depth discussions on a range of issues within their remit. The meetings saw participation from committee members and leadership, including Ibrahim Al-Shami, the head of the Economic and Social Committee; Adnan Al-Kaf, the committee’s deputy head; Abdullah Al-Nomani, the committee’s rapporteur; Abdulwahab Maawada, the head of the Reconciliation and Transitional Justice Committee; Rana Ghanem, the deputy head of the committee; and Anis Al-Sharafi, the committee’s rapporteur.
