A woman and her five-year-old child sustained injuries today due to a rocket attack launched by Houthi militia in the populated village of Al-Dair, located in the Haran district of Hajja Governorate.
Local sources reported that the Houthi militia targeted the village with four Katyusha rockets, resulting in injuries to the woman and her child.
One of the rockets destroyed the home of a local resident, Adham Bdeidi, causing substantial material damage to his property.
This attack forms part of a series of repeated Houthi assaults on civilians. The same village previously experienced a similar attack during the last days of Ramadan while residents were breaking their fast, leading to casualties and injuries at that time.
In recent days, Houthi forces have intensified their targeting of civilian sites and residential neighborhoods in liberated provinces and areas. This escalation has resulted in numerous civilian casualties and extensive damage to both public and private property.
