Introduction of the Training Initiative

The Road and Bridge Maintenance Fund has launched a training program aimed at enhancing the skills of 15 employees in administrative communication systems and electronic transactions. This initiative aligns with the fund’s strategy to strengthen its workforce and improve operational efficiency.

The training course will span seven days, focusing on developing participants’ abilities to manage internal correspondence between departments and external entities. Additionally, the program will cover the assessment of task performance, monitoring processes, and archiving communications using a specially developed administrative communication system. This system incorporates the latest software technologies, designed to streamline operations within the fund.

Engineer Maeen Al-Mas, Chairman of the Road and Bridge Maintenance Fund, emphasized the significance of this training program. He highlighted its role in equipping staff with essential skills in administrative communication and electronic transactions. Al-Mas noted that enhancing performance across various departments will contribute to the fund’s ongoing success and achievements.
