A senior government official has expressed strong disapproval of the ongoing media campaigns aimed at distorting public awareness and misleading the general populace. These campaigns include unfounded claims of discord among leadership levels and the fabrication of false news, particularly regarding alleged conflicts between the President of the Presidential Leadership Council and the Prime Minister.

False Claims Addressed

In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the official emphasized that these allegations lack any basis in reality. The government previously refuted these claims on the official Prime Minister’s website. The official reiterated that the war against the Houthi militia continues on multiple fronts, including a parallel media war waged by the militia alongside its economic aggression. This strategy seeks to undermine the unity and cohesion of the national front.

Commitment to the Constitution

The official reaffirmed the Prime Minister’s commitment to the constitution and the power transfer decision, which outlines the relationship between various authorities. The Prime Minister’s office has no side battles against any legitimate components or leadership levels. Its sole focus remains the fight against the Houthi terrorist militia, which is driving the current media attacks.
