The meeting included significant figures such as Rashad Al-Akhali, the Deputy Governor of Taiz for Coastal Affairs; Brigadier General Mujahid Al-Hazourah, the head of coastal security; and Brigadier General Najeeb Warak, the Director of Security for Al-Hudaydah. They discussed the escalating humanitarian crisis affecting the Yemeni population due to the ongoing war waged by Houthi militias. Saleh emphasized the need to foster a culture of social solidarity to combat the crisis, especially with the holy month of Ramadan approaching.

Humanitarian Initiatives for Ramadan

During the meeting, Tariq Saleh listened to a detailed presentation from Abdullah Al-Habishi, the director of the humanitarian cell. Al-Habishi outlined the planned Ramadan programs aimed at supporting the most vulnerable populations in homes and camps amid challenging living conditions. Saleh stressed the importance of reaching those in dire need during this critical time.

Saleh criticized the Houthi militia for obstructing essential services and creating unbearable living conditions for citizens.
