The militia kidnapped Abdulaziz Al-Fadhli, lawyer Akram Al-Tahiri from Jarfah neighborhood in Ibb city, as well as Khaled Al-Juhai, the mayor of Al-Mashnah district, and Abdul-Raouf Abdul-Jabbar Al-Hashash from the Al-Munail neighborhood. Additionally, numerous individuals were taken from the Al-Sadda district, including Ameen Al-Ashwal, Abdul-Ilah Al-Yajuri, Ahmed Abdo Hussein Al-Mughni, and others. The militia also apprehended Fad Al-Dah and Mohammed Yahya Al-Kabari from Dhay Al-Safal district, along with Yahya Al-Jashani from the Old City neighborhood and Amjad Marai.

Resistance to Houthi Control

Al-Eryani emphasized that the Houthi militia recognizes that Ibb has never supported their extremist ideology imported from Iran. He asserted that their presence in the region will not last, regardless of their increasing crimes and violations. He reminded the public that Ibb is the birthplace of revolutionary leaders such as the late Ali Abdu Al-Mughni and Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Maqalih, and it will not surrender its fate to a militia rooted in historical oppression.

The Minister urged the sheikhs, dignitaries, and prominent figures of Ibb to unite and take a stand against the Houthi terrorism that has crossed all red lines.
