Palestinian UN envoy calls for action to halt Israeli aggressions.

The Permanent Representative of Palestine to the United Nations, Ambassador Riyad Mansour, has urgently called on the Security Council to immediately halt the horrific and criminal Israeli assaults against the Palestinian people and the entire region. This plea was conveyed through three identical letters sent to the UN Secretary-General, the President of the UN General Assembly, and the President of the Security Council for July (Russia).

Ambassador Mansour warned that the Israeli entity is deliberately and arbitrarily waging a vile war against the Palestinian people, in flagrant violation of Security Council resolutions. He appealed to the international community to support international decisions and the commitments incumbent upon states to stop the genocide being committed by the Israeli entity against the Palestinian people and to prevent the outbreak of a regional war.
