President Alimi Launches “Fajr Yemen” Operation

On Monday, President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Alimi, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, announced the initiation of the “Fajr Yemen” operation. This mission aims to restore state institutions, liberate the capital, Sana’a, and end the Houthi militia’s insurgency.

Announcement on Social Media

In a post on the platform X, President Alimi stated, “With the blessing of God, the ‘Fajr Yemen’ operation has begun to restore state institutions, liberate the capital Sana’a, and end the Houthi terrorist militia’s coup.”

Call for Unity and Support

He added, “With God’s help, the will of our people, the bravery of our armed forces, and the support of our brothers and friends, Yemen will move towards a new dawn of freedom, peace, and stability.”

Transition to Military Operations

The President had announced on Sunday the commencement of military operations to reclaim the remaining territories of the Republic. He emphasized the need to establish state authority and institutions across the entire national territory. He directed the armed forces, security personnel, and all military formations to execute their tasks according to the approved plans.
