Today, Dr. Amin Noman, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, participated in a virtual ceremony to sign a cooperation agreement between the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen and Najran University in Saudi Arabia. This agreement aims to enhance Yemeni capacities and develop the higher education and research sectors in Yemen.

Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Khudairi, the President of Najran University, signed the agreement on behalf of the university.
