On Saturday evening, the Presidential Leadership Council convened under the leadership of President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Alimi. The meeting included members Sultan Al-Aradah, Dr. Abdullah Alimi, and Salem Al-Khanbashi, with Tarek Saleh, Othman Majli, and Mahmoud Al-Sabihi participating via video link. Member Abdulrahman Al-Mahrami was absent due to valid reasons.

The council reviewed the overall situation in the temporary capital, Aden, and other liberated provinces. The council warned Houthi militias against engaging in this dangerous military escalation, stressing Yemen’s refusal to allow its territory to be used for cross-border terrorist attacks on behalf of Iran.
