Dr. Sha’if Mohsen Al-Zandani, the Prime Minister of Yemen, praised the pivotal role of the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction in Yemen. He described it as a leading model in institutional development work. The program has implemented numerous outstanding projects that have made a tangible impact in vital sectors such as electricity, water, health, education, and transportation.

Meeting with Saudi Program Officials

This commendation occurred during a meeting on Wednesday with Engineer Hassan Al-Attas, the Assistant Supervisor General of the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction in Yemen. The two leaders discussed coordination mechanisms for executing agreed-upon projects under a new aid package valued at 1.9 billion Saudi Riyals.

Prime Minister Al-Zandani emphasized that this support reflects the sincere brotherly stance of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
