A tragic traffic accident occurred on the Al-Abbar-Ma’rib international road on Friday evening, resulting in the deaths of six individuals, including a child. The collision involved a passenger bus operated by Al-Barakah Company and a heavy-duty trailer, according to medical sources. The passenger bus was carrying over 31 individuals who were returning from Saudi Arabia when it collided with the trailer. In response to the tragedy, Minister of Transport Mohsen Haidara Al-Omari ordered immediate assistance for the victims. Additionally, the General Authority for Regulating Land Transport announced the formation of a specialized committee tasked with assessing the accident site.
