Taiz, Yemen – Today, Major General Khaled Fadel, the commander of the Taiz Axis, along with Colonel Abdulaziz Al-Majidi, the chief of staff, inaugurated the Adnan Al-Hamadi Leadership Development Institute. This event marks the launch of the first training course for battalion leaders.
Major General Fadel congratulated the participants from various branches of the Ministry of Defense. He emphasized that the institute will play a crucial role in training and developing military leadership across all units of the Ministry. The inaugural course includes participants from the Taiz, Al-Dhale, Al-Hudaydah, Al-Turba, and Al-Maris fronts, as well as members of the National Resistance and several departments within the Ministry of Defense.
Colonel Jamal Al-Shamiri, the director of the institute, addressed the course participants, stating, “You are the foundational block of this academic institution and the forefront that we rely on. Embrace this opportunity to enhance your leadership and professional skills.”
Colonel Abdulkarim Qassem, the chief instructor, provided an overview of the course objectives, duration, number of participants, and the training curriculum. He also highlighted the military sectors represented by the attendees.
This new initiative aims to strengthen military capabilities and foster effective leadership within Yemen’s armed forces.
