President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, welcomed U.S. Special Envoy to Yemen Timothy Lenderking. The meeting, which also included Council member Othman Mujalli, focused on the current situation in Yemen and the ongoing challenges facing the nation.

During the discussion, President Alimi and Envoy Lenderking examined the escalating terrorist activities of the Houthi militias. They highlighted the severe human rights violations perpetrated by these groups.
