President Alimi Congratulates King Salman on His Tenth Anniversary of Reign

Dr. Rashad Mohammed Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a heartfelt congratulatory message to his brother, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of his ascension to the throne of Saudi Arabia.

In his message, President Alimi conveyed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to King Salman for continued health and happiness. He also extended his hopes for progress and prosperity for the Saudi people under the wise leadership of the King. Furthermore, he expressed a desire for the bilateral relations between Yemen and Saudi Arabia to develop and flourish across various fields.

President Alimi praised the remarkable achievements that Saudi Arabia has accomplished during King Salman’s reign. He highlighted the nation’s significant urban development and various developmental milestones, particularly regarding the strategic projects outlined in Vision 2030.

Support for Yemen

Additionally, President Alimi appreciated the steadfast support of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia—its leadership, government, and people—toward the Yemeni people and their legitimate leadership. He acknowledged their consistent backing during challenging circumstances on both regional and international stages. The President expressed hope for the restoration of state institutions, security, stability, and peace in Yemen, while also calling for an end to the Houthi militia’s insurgency backed by the Iranian regime.
