Additionally, they condemn Israeli practices that violate human rights and illegal settlement activities, while also addressing the work of the Special Committee investigating Israeli actions in the occupied Palestinian territories, including East Jerusalem.

The ministry emphasized that this unprecedented international support underscores the significance of the Palestinian cause in the global conscience. It reflects a strong rejection of Israeli colonial occupation policies. Rejection of Occupation and Violations

The Palestinian Foreign Ministry reiterated that this international position firmly opposes annexation, settlement expansion, forced displacement, collective punishment, and the widespread destruction of infrastructure in the occupied territories. It also condemned the ongoing violence in Gaza, labeling these actions as serious violations of international humanitarian law and UN Security Council resolutions, particularly Resolution 2334.

Call for Action and Self-Determination

The ministry expressed deep appreciation for the countries that voted in favor of these resolutions.
