This escalation highlights a blatant disregard for civilian lives.

Documented Violations and Casualties

These violations led to the injury of 62-year-old Shifa Hatim Ali Rashid and the deaths of several individuals, including 13-year-old Ibrahim Jalal Amin Ahmed, 14-year-old Khalid Walid Mohammed, and 70-year-old Mohammed Farhan Ali Abdullah, who succumbed to his injuries. These incidents occurred in areas under Houthi control.

Systematic Targeting of Civilians

It calls for immediate action to halt these abuses and to ensure accountability for the perpetrators. The ministry also appeals to the UN envoy to Yemen to fulfill his responsibilities and take practical steps to protect civilians.

Commitment to Justice and Accountability
