On Sunday, the Logistics Support Authority and its affiliated departments officially launched the second phase of the training, combat preparation, and morale building for the year 2025. This event took place in Marib and featured the attendance of General Staff Chief and Joint Operations Commander, Lieutenant General Saghir bin Aziz.
During the event, Lieutenant General bin Aziz conveyed the greetings and appreciation of the political and military leadership, represented by President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Alimi, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, along with all council members. He praised the achievements of the Logistics Support Authority across various logistical support areas. Furthermore, he emphasized the necessity of continuous development to enhance the combat readiness of the armed forces on all fronts.
Brigadier General Abdulalim Hassan, the Assistant to the Chief of the Logistics Support Authority, presented an overview of the key plans and programs executed during the first phase of this year. He highlighted the completion rates achieved across different departments and the efforts made to ensure adequate support for the armed forces, aligning with the current operational requirements.
At the conclusion of the launch event, the Chief of General Staff and attendees toured various displays showcasing the accomplishments of the Logistics Support Authority and its affiliated units. This tour provided insight into the diverse initiatives and successes achieved thus far.
