In a significant meeting held today in Aden, the Deputy Minister of Technical Education and Vocational Training, Abdul-Rabih Al-Mahouli, engaged in discussions with the Chairman of the Skills Development Fund, Issam Qasim, and the Executive Director of the Fund, Engineer Katbi Omar.
