Minister of Defense Holds Key Meeting in Aden

Today, in the temporary capital of Aden, Minister of Defense Lieutenant General Mohsen Al-Dhaeri convened a crucial meeting with military leaders from the Fourth Military Region and its operational fronts. The meeting included Chief of General Staff Lieutenant General Sagheer bin Aziz and Deputy Chief of Staff Major General Ahmed Al-Basri.

Overview of Military Operations

During the meeting, the Minister and the Chief of Staff received brief reports on the current battlefield conditions and operational activities in the Fourth Military Region. This region has faced continuous assaults from Houthi militia, which have targeted both military positions and civilian areas.

Acknowledgment of Military Efforts

Minister Al-Dhaeri praised the leadership of the Fourth Military Region and its combat fronts, which extend from Abyan and Lahij to Al-Dhale and Taiz. He commended their resolute response to Houthi aggression, stating that the armed forces remain a formidable barrier protecting the nation. He emphasized their role as a solid rock against the Iranian-backed project.

They acknowledged the vital role of these allies in ensuring the security and stability of Yemen and the broader region.
