Chief of Staff Celebrates Graduation of Third Special Forces Class

Today, Major General Sager bin Aziz, the Chief of General Staff and Joint Operations Commander, attended the graduation ceremony for the third Special Forces class of the First Reserve Brigade. This event marked the conclusion of the 2024 training year.

Acknowledgment of Leadership and Training Efforts

In his address during the ceremony, Major General bin Aziz conveyed greetings from the political and military leadership to the graduates and attendees. He praised the efforts of the First Reserve Brigade’s leadership in training and developing the skills of its members across various military disciplines.

Emphasis on Combat Readiness

Major General bin Aziz commended the high level of combat skills and expertise that the third Special Forces class acquired during their training. He emphasized the critical role of training in strengthening the armed forces. He noted that the military is now more resilient and prepared to confront the Houthi militia and its destructive agenda, which is supported by the Iranian regime.

Recognition from Brigade Commander

Brigadier General Dares Shaya, commander of the First Reserve Brigade, congratulated the graduates on their dedication and performance in mastering various combat skills. He expressed gratitude to the instructors for their efforts in equipping the graduates with advanced combat and knowledge skills.

Conclusion of the Training Year

Brigadier General Shaya highlighted that this graduation ceremony signifies the end of the 2024 training year. He expressed appreciation to the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff for their continuous support of training programs for brigade members.

During the ceremony, the third Special Forces class showcased their physical fitness and combat skills through a military display and tactical exercise. The graduates reaffirmed their commitment to the political and military leadership, pledging to continue their efforts until they fully liberate the nation from the Iranian-backed Houthi militia.
