President Alimi Meets with Consultation and Reconciliation Committee

On Saturday, President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Alimi, head of the Presidential Leadership Council, convened in the temporary capital of Aden with the Chairman of the Consultation and Reconciliation Committee, Mohammed Al-Ghaithi, and his deputies: Abdulmalik Al-Makhlafi, Sakhr Al-Wajih, Jamila Ali Rajea, and Akram Al-Amari.

Discussing National Developments

The meeting focused on the latest national developments and emphasized the importance of unity among various factions. Participants discussed strategies to strengthen national partnership and consensus, aligning with the transitional phase’s reference points.

Regional Developments and Their Impact

The discussion also covered regional developments and their potential implications for Yemen. The leaders explored necessary efforts to enhance the isolation of terrorist militias and unify the visions and objectives of all national forces. Their goal is to restore state institutions and reinforce Yemen’s ties to its Gulf and Arab surroundings.

President Alimi praised the Consultation and Reconciliation Committee for its role in fostering dialogue and unity. He recognized the committee’s support for the Presidential Leadership Council and the government in completing economic and administrative reforms. In this context, President Alimi commended the government and the Central Bank for making significant progress in price and monetary reforms.
