Army Foils Houthi Infiltration Attempts in Marib and Al-Jawf

The Yemeni army successfully thwarted infiltration attempts by Houthi militia members in various combat fronts in both southern and northern Marib province. Military sources reported that the army effectively countered three separate infiltration attempts by Houthi groups targeting different positions.

Effective Response to Houthi Attacks

According to military officials from the Armed Forces Media Center, the army responded decisively to all infiltration operations executed by the enemy. They accurately monitored Houthi movements, forcing the militia to retreat while suffering significant losses in personnel and equipment.

In addition to thwarting infiltration efforts, the armed forces retaliated against artillery shelling launched by the Houthi militia on military sites in the Al-Airif sector. This counterattack successfully silenced enemy fire sources.

Casualties and Damage Report

The military sources confirmed that the Houthi shelling resulted in injuries to three members of the armed forces. Despite this, the army maintained its operational effectiveness and continued to engage the enemy.

Operations in Al-Jawf Province

In Al-Jawf province, the armed forces confronted hostile actions from Houthi militias and managed to neutralize enemy fire sources. Furthermore, the military disabled excavation equipment used by the militia to create roads and fortifications along the Al-Jadafer front lines.

The ongoing efforts of the Yemeni army demonstrate a strong commitment to securing the region against Houthi aggression. By effectively countering infiltration attempts and retaliating against enemy fire, the armed forces continue to protect their positions and minimize threats to national security.
